Those who enter the Theexnovo office, an agency for artists who develop ideas and concepts for television, theatre and events, for the first time, immediately turn to the double-sized work stations, grouped together to the left of the entrance, because this is what catches the eye of anyone not yet accustomed to this environment.
Those who then come back a second or third time (being better acquainted with the internal layout of the different areas) would instead be able to head straight to a particular area, guided by the acidified and polished-steel staircase and the railings, which contrast in colour and material to the rest of the environment, marking out the various routes.
Those who really know the agency, however, will spot the entrance to the conference room, concealed beneath the gallery at the end of the double-sized entrance.
The portion of raised flooring next to the entrance acts as a strategic filter, meaning that what we decide to do or where we decide to go depends on how well we know the place.
Although the Bergamo agency’s offices' dimensions are composed and brought together by two double-sized environments, the vertical articulation of each one by mezzanines and galleries gives each zone its own distinct function - in some parts business meetings can be held, whereas other parts retain more privacy, perfectly adapted to how the agency functions.
The continuity of materials and colours between environments, characterised by great tonal sobriety, also guarantees unity with each one: in the upper levels, white walls are alternated with walls in various earthy colours, light, natural wood is used for the furniture (tables, bookcases, containers) and for the flooring of the galleries, while Giallo Avoria silk finish 120x120 cm sandstone slabs are used for the rest of the flooring.  The same stone, with a cladding pattern, was used for the facing in the toilets. Dark metals that, starting from the entrance door, make up the staircase, the galleries, the skirting boards and the outside shutters and are completely different in colour, but in keeping with the natural tones.
