il Casone

Extraction, Cutting, Order management and processing, Environment and safety are the four sections of the DVD featuring IL CASONE stone, presented through beautifully filmed sequences accompanied by voiceovers in 10 different languages (Italian, German, English, Spanish, French, Polish, Romanian, Russia, Korean and Japanese.)  The entire process of quarrying and working the stone can be followed in detail, beginning with the company’s 7 quarries in Firenzuola and continuing in the cutting workshops where the slabs are put through quality controls and classification to ensure their traceability. Ample space is also given to the description of the operations of the technical office (classification, packaging, etc.)  and to the attention that IL CASONE devotes to the subjects of safety and the environment (restoring the quarries, recycling water, geological consultancy, remote-controlled equipment, etc.)
The rest of the DVD covers the range of available stone, with technical schedules and itemised specifications, and includes a section devoted to completed works that have been constructed with IL CASONE stone.
