IL CASONE Pietra Serena, among the 14 leading brands in the cladding sector
Calling all architects: the BHC HOME EXPERIENCE, a new 500 m2 area created in Milan, in Via Tiraboschi, 8, is intended for the presentation of international offerings in the surfacing field. An absolute first in Italy, this showroom is intended for designers and operators in the sector, but will be just as useful for the private individual. The space will be run by architects who know how to best interpret the requirements of the exhibitors. Brand visibility is one of the main features of the showroom; as well as emphasising the partnership with the exhibiting companies, this decision demonstrates the desire to reach out to the customer in an immediate and transparent way. Large stone slabs have been chosen to dress the major surfaces, moreover, giving an immediate idea of their application.
Inside the BHC Home Experience, IL CASONE stone is presented in a wide variety of finishes and textures, intended to demonstrate the material and aesthetic features of this natural substance, with its long historical tradition yet extremely open to the requirements of contemporary architecture. In addition to the large-sized slabs, IL CASONE embellishes its stand with 2 walls composed of triangles in Pietra Serena, based on a concept devised by the Japanese architect, Kengo Kuma. A presence, therefore, which confirms the continuous commitment of the company to the process of discovering new applications for stone materials. A journey that has, to date, led to internationally important collaborations, such as those with Claudio Silvestrin, Boris Podrecca, Khon Pederson Fox Associates and Riccardo Bofill, opening up Pietra Serena to innovative applications, with the capacity to interpret the needs of design and contemporary architecture.
